Refund Policy

  1. Refund of 80% of registration will be allowed if cancelled by 31st December, 2018. 20% will be deducted towards administrative expenses.
  2. No refund is allowed after 31st December,2018. However transfer of registration in the name of another delegate in place of original registered delegate will be allowed on getting a mail addressing to the organizers.
  3. Excepting registration as above, there will be no refund for other activities.
  4. In a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the Site, and money has been charged to your card or bank account but a confirmation message has not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending us an email on ( email address ) without making a second transaction. In such a scenario, after the confirmation from bank and a confirmation mail will be initiated manually to your registered mail id for the successful transactions. The complete process may take 72 – 96 hrs.
  5. In case you made any second transaction without waiting for the 1st transaction response, you can raise a charge back through your bank for the 1st transaction and mail through your registered mail id to the id mentioned in contact us page. Our team will investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the confirmation message then you will be refunded the money within 7 working days from the date of the receipt of your email.
